Established in 1954, the cornerstone of Harry’s is, and always has been, our famous whole roasted turkey.  Served in a sandwich, a dinner or a special dish, the volume of natural, whole-bodied Tom Turkeys used by Harry’s Hofbrau exceeds 1,000,000 pounds a year.  For decades, we have been one of the leading volume buyers of turkeys in the open commodity markets.   

Along with turkey, Harry’s Hofbrau provides its guests with the perfect combination of the finest quality fresh hand-carved meats, including Roast Beef, Smoked Ham, custom-cured Corned Beef, New York style Pastrami, Roast center cut Pork Loin and Rotisserie Chicken.  The Turkeys and chickens are Grade A, the Beef USDA Choice or higher, the Pork is the center cut of the loin. 

Our style-of-service is a hybrid of “cafeteria” and “buffet”, unique to our “Carvery” concept.  Harry’s Hofbrau has been guided by one simple premise.  Offer people quality food, in generous quantities, at fair prices.  Surround them with friendly, attentive staff, and make sure their dining experience is a good one.  

We have a set menu, which has different lunch and dinner selections for each day of the week consisting of “specials” which change daily.  All the dishes are prepared in-house, and each day different soups and salads are featured.

Harry’s produces its own line of baked goods for dessert.

Each Hofbrau has large, full service bars with lounges complemented by strategically placed TV’s for the sports minded.  We proudly offer 28 draft taps with a variety of craft beers and over 100 bottled beers, domestic and imported along with modestly priced varietal wines.
